So, moving. Just got cable hooked up, new DVR, new "50Mbps" internet. Just ran www.speedtest.net, only seeing 8 of the 50. Whatever, if it doesn't pick up, I am going to ride them till it goes as fast as I expect. I also suspect the tech didn't know what he is talking about, the wireless IS 802.11n, but it is only 2.4ghz. Not dual band, and obviously not simultaneous 2.4 and 5. New router in my future. Dlink E4200, YAY!
In other news, I love my wife. She's a badass.
I am loving Ubuntu. Going to try out Fedora also, get a nice movie server set up, and have access to everything on all the computers in the house, and on the tv. Sweet shit thurr.
